You will receive your final itinerary in our travel App.
How will my itinerary be presented to me?
We love sharing your itinerary with you via our dedicated travel App. Within the App, you will see your daily itinerary, including maps, confirmation numbers, photos, payments, and other necessary details. The App also has a document section where you can store all your PDFs and other essential documents, such as your travel protection plan. The beauty is that everything is at your fingertips. We can also communicate with you via the messaging portal in the App to keep you updated on any changes during your travels.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Ideally, contact us two to six months before international travel, three to six months for multi-generational groups, and four to six months for peak season or holiday travel. Earlier planning ensures optimal hotel availability, restaurant reservations, and preferred timing. Some of our selected resorts book a year in advance for the festive season, so keep this in mind.

It's quite a bargain considering the planning fee covers quite a bit.
